Cancellation & Refund Policy

We stand behind the engineering excellence of Studio OS. When you purchase any paid subscription plan (monthly or annual Studio Pro or Studio Agency), you are protected by our 7-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee.

If you determine within the first seven (7) calendar days of your initial plan activation that Studio OS does not suit your photography studio operations, simply submit a cancellation request to our billing desk at support@business-online.in or via your account billing settings.

We will issue a full 100% refund of the subscription fee paid, without penalty, administrative deductions, or hidden questioning.

Subscribers may cancel their recurring subscription at any time directly through their Studio OS dashboard or by emailing support@business-online.in.

When you cancel an active recurring subscription after the initial 7-day period, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to all features and storage through the conclusion of that billing month or year.

No partial or prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations after the 7-day initial window has expired.

All approved refunds are initiated electronically through our authorized payment processing partner (Razorpay Software Private Limited) within twenty-four (24) business hours of approval.

Refunds are credited strictly back to the original source payment instrument (UPI account, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) used at checkout.

Depending on your issuing bank or UPI application, the credited funds will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 standard Indian banking working days.

Certain pay-per-use add-on services—including third-party Fast2SMS credits, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API conversation units, and custom domain SSL provisioning—are non-refundable once consumed or provisioned on upstream cloud networks.

If an account is terminated due to a proven violation of our Terms of Service (such as uploading prohibited, infringing, or illegal content), Studio OS reserves the right to withhold refunds for the remainder of the billing period.

Please note that client booking advances, wedding session deposits, and freelance crew payments processed via dynamic NPCI UPI QR codes occur strictly peer-to-peer (P2P) between the studio owner and their respective clients or crew.

Studio OS does not hold, escrow, or process client-to-studio funds, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy applies exclusively to Studio OS software subscription fees paid to Parinay Technologies / Studio OS.
